$10 /signature + travel

POAs, healthcare directives, affidavits, titles, and estate documents — at your home, office, hospital room, or care facility. Travel fee $25 (Apex/Cary/Holly Springs) or $50 (greater Triangle). NC statutory notary fees.

Loan Signings

$100–$150 flat

Purchases, refinances, sellers, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages — conducted under attorney supervision per NC closing practice. Printing, travel, courier drop, and same-evening scan-backs included.

Hospital & Facility Visits

$50 travel + $10/signature

Compassionate bedside service for patients and residents. Evenings and weekends available. NC requires these documents notarized in person — I come to you.

I-9 Verification

$50

Authorized-representative I-9 employment verification for remote hires in the Triangle.
